Viaja a tu Estilo S.A.S., with tax ID (NIT) 902110139-9 and National Tourism Registry (RNT) number 303413, is subject to the liability regime established in Law 300 of 1996, Law 1558 of 2012, Decree 1074 of 2015 and any regulations that amend, supplement or implement them.
1. Intermediation
We act as intermediaries between travelers and the companies or people who provide tourism services: airlines, hotels, tour operators, carriers and other suppliers. We are responsible for properly managing bookings and for delivering the services offered under the terms of the accepted proposal. Each service is provided directly by the corresponding supplier.
2. Force majeure and acts of God
We accept no liability to travelers for events of force majeure or acts of God occurring before or during the trip, such as accidents, strikes, riots, earthquakes, weather events, security conditions, political factors, denial of entry permits or public health situations. Any additional expenses arising from these events are borne by the traveler.
3. Changes to services
When circumstances require it, suppliers may change itineraries, schedules, hotels or the order of services, while trying to keep a similar category and quality. We will let you know about any change as soon as we hear of it.
4. Air transportation
Airlines are not responsible for acts, omissions or events that occur while passengers are not on board their aircraft. The airline ticket is the only contract between the airline and the passenger. Delays, cancellations, schedule changes and baggage handling are governed by the airline's conditions and air transport regulations.
5. Refunds
Eligible refunds are processed according to each supplier's conditions and may be subject to penalties and to each supplier's refund times. We share these conditions before you confirm the booking.
6. Documents and requirements
Travelers are responsible for having the ID documents, passport, visas, vaccinations and permits required for their trip. We are not responsible for denied boarding or entry into a country due to failure to meet these requirements.
7. Traveler conduct
Travelers must follow the rules of suppliers and of the places they visit. Any damage or harm caused by their conduct is their sole responsibility.
8. Commitment to protecting minors and heritage
We reject the sexual exploitation and abuse of minors (Colombian Laws 679 of 2001 and 1336 of 2009), as well as illegal trafficking of wildlife (Law 17 of 1981) and of cultural heritage property (Law 1185 of 2008).
9. Consumer rights
Nothing in this clause limits the rights granted to travelers by Colombian Law 1480 of 2011 (Consumer Statute).
