These terms govern the use of the website viajaatuestilo.com and the booking of travel services with Viaja a tu Estilo S.A.S., a travel agency based in Bogotá D.C., Colombia, with National Tourism Registry (RNT) number 303413. By using the site or booking our services you accept these terms, together with the liability clause and the data protection policy.
1. Website information
The information published on the site is for reference. Prices are per person, are “from” prices and are subject to availability and to change without notice until the booking is confirmed. Images are for illustration purposes.
2. Quotes and bookings
- A quote does not guarantee availability or the rate. It is valid for the period stated in the proposal.
- A booking is confirmed when we receive the agreed payment, in full or as a deposit, and send you written confirmation.
- Travelers' names and documents must exactly match the ID documents they will travel with. Later changes may incur costs.
3. Prices and payments
- Prices may be stated in Colombian pesos (COP) or US dollars (USD). Prices in dollars are settled in pesos at the exchange rate we provide on the day of payment.
- Unless the proposal says otherwise, prices do not include personal expenses, tips, or taxes or fees payable directly at the destination.
- Available payment methods and deadlines are stated in each proposal.
4. Changes, cancellations and refunds
- Changes and cancellations are governed by the conditions of each supplier (airlines, hotels, operators and others), which we share in the proposal before you confirm.
- Penalties and refund times depend on those conditions. Agency service fees, if any, are stated in the proposal.
- For distance or non-traditional sales, the right of withdrawal applies under the terms and with the exceptions of article 47 of Law 1480 of 2011 and the special regulations for the tourism and air transport sectors.
5. Travel documents
Each traveler is responsible for having a valid passport, visas, vaccination certificates, travel permits for minors and any other documents required by the authorities of Colombia and of the destination. We provide general information on requirements, but final verification is the traveler's responsibility. The agency is not responsible for denied boarding or entry into a country due to missing documents.
6. Luggage
Luggage is governed by the policies of each airline or carrier, which may charge extra fees for weight, size or additional pieces.
7. Travel assistance
We recommend traveling with medical and travel assistance suited to the destination. Some countries require it for entry.
8. Minors
Minors must travel with the permits and documents required by Colombian Law 1098 of 2006 (Childhood and Adolescence Code) and Migración Colombia.
9. Legal commitment
Viaja a tu Estilo S.A.S. rejects the exploitation, pornography, sex tourism and all other forms of sexual abuse of minors, in compliance with Colombian Law 679 of 2001 and Law 1336 of 2009. We also comply with the regulations against illegal trafficking of wildlife (Law 17 of 1981) and for the protection of cultural heritage (Law 1185 of 2008).
10. Intellectual property
The texts, logo, design and other content on this site belong to Viaja a tu Estilo S.A.S. or are used with permission. They may not be copied or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

12. Governing law
