Purchase policy

Rates are valid until each package's expiry date and do not apply to groups, Easter week, Christmas, New Year or major events. Payment terms are set for each package; paying the deposit means you accept these terms.

Read the full terms

The rates published in each of our programs are valid up to the last day of the stated validity period at the latest. Prices are not valid for groups, Holy Week, major events, Christmas or New Year.

The payment method and deadlines are defined in the specific conditions of each package. When the travel agency receives the deposit the passenger paid to the travel agency, it understands that the passenger has read and accepted all conditions, payment and cancellation policies. The travel agency is obliged to inform the passenger of these conditions.

The amount and payment method for deposits or advance payments, tickets, and bookings for sports and cultural events, fairs, exhibitions and similar events are subject to the conditions of the organizer of those events, which will be stated at the time of purchase.

Documentation policy

Travel with your documents up to date. If you need a visa we will advise you, but the decision is the consulate's and there is no refund if it is denied. Minors need their birth certificate and a notarised exit permit.

Read the full terms

If a visa is required, the travel agency will provide guidance, but everything relating to the application, required documents, review, costs, processing time and approval or refusal is at the sole discretion of the consular authority. If a visa is refused, amounts paid by the applicant will not be refunded. In all cases, completing the process and meeting the stated requirements is the sole responsibility of the passenger.

For minors traveling from Colombia, remember the exit permit and birth certificate: a notarized letter stating the personal details of the person traveling with the minor, the reason for the trip and the departure and return dates (we recommend carrying extra copies of this document).

Travelers are responsible for carrying all their documents up to date to avoid problems at airports.

Children accommodation policy

Children under 2 travel free, sharing a bed with adults, and children up to 9 years old may share a double room with 2 adults.

Children aged 10 and over pay the adult rate.

A maximum of two children per room sharing with two adults, without an extra bed. Other arrangements must be checked.

Liability clause

The travel agency is subject to the liability regime established by Colombian Law 300 of 1996, Regulatory Decree 1075 of 1997, Decree 2438 of 2010 and other implementing decrees. The tour organizer's liability is limited to the terms and conditions of the program regarding the provision and quality of services. The agency accepts no liability to the customer for air transportation, except for charter flights and according to the conditions of the transport contract.

Refund policy

Refund policies for services not provided due to force majeure or acts of God, or to acts or omissions of third parties or of the passenger not attributable to the travel agencies, before or during the trip, which may be eligible for a refund, are set by each operator and will be confirmed to the customer once the travel documents are booked and issued, together with any applicable penalty or deduction percentages. The travel agency is not jointly liable for the amounts requested as refunds. Any refunds due will be made within 30 calendar days of the request. However, if the process takes longer for reasons beyond the travel agency's control, no interest will be paid on the amounts to be refunded. The refund percentage will depend on the supplier's conditions and the agency's administrative costs.

Travel policy

The travel agency accepts no liability to the customer or traveler for events such as accidents, strikes, riots, earthquakes, weather or natural events, security conditions, political factors, denial of entry permits or visas, the traveler's legal matters, health issues or any other case of force majeure or act of God that may occur before or during the trip.

To ensure the quality and delivery of services, tour schedules are very strict and the travel agency accepts no liability for delays caused by passengers, nor when the passenger's omission of any information relevant to the trip causes delays or problems in the normal running of the tour. In the event of force majeure or acts of God before or during the trip (accidents, strikes, riots, earthquakes, weather, security conditions, political factors, denial of entry permits, health issues, among others), or simply to ensure the success of the trip, the operator and/or the agency may modify, replace or cancel itineraries, dates, flights, hotels or optional services. The passenger accepts this when purchasing the services, and no refund of any kind is guaranteed.

Transfers will be provided for the flights reported by the customer. We are not responsible if a change is not reported in good time, or if the customer or the airline makes a change.

The travel agency will inform the passenger of airline restrictions regarding prohibited items, maximum weight and number of pieces per passenger, the number of people allowed at attractions or tourist sites, and access limitations due to capacity. However, complying with these policies, which may change at the discretion of transport companies or service providers, is the sole responsibility of the passenger.
